After our company has become a part of the French Saphymo group in September 2002 recently our name was adapted to the name of the group. Since May 15, 2008 our official name is Saphymo GmbH.

By this, Saphymo GmbH has entered into legal succession of all concerns of Genitron Instruments GmbH. All existing contracts including all rights and obligations have been transferred to Saphymo GmbH.

All 'coordinates' like trade register number customs number, tax identification number as well as our address and bank connections remain unchanged. Starting August 2008 we require that all invoices sent to us are registered on the new company name Saphymo GmbH.

The managing director from Saphymo, France, Mr. Jean-Paul Creissen, has sold his shares. Due to the new structure of shareholders of the Saphymo group the German management has been transferred from Mr. Jean-Claude Magne to Mr. Serge Bonnefoi, new President of Saphymo France.

Target of the new structure is to make the product lines environmental monitoring, contamination monitoring, dosimetry, radon as well as telematics still more powerful on the national and international level.

We would like to assure you that - also under our new name - we will do our best to continue our cooperation with you profitable and successful for all sides.
