Sep. 2008

• Swedish national environmental monitoring network installed :
  In September 2008 Saphymo GmbH was awarded with the renewal of the Swedish national gamma monitoring network (SSM). The contract included the delivery of 30 monitoring stations, consisting of
  - Gammatracer XL2-3
  - Rain sensor
  - GSM/GPRS based data transmission module
  Also included was the delivery and installation of the Central server management and visualisation software based on the Dataexpert software system.
  One of the reasons to decide for Saphymo, was the high amount of integration and flexibility the system is offering. As all necessary components including a several-years running battery are built into a compact and hermetically sealed housing (3 kg), the probe can be used in fixed installations, but as well used for mobile and emergency applications.
  
  Within 3 months after the order the complete system could be delivered to SSM. The customer was very satisfied to see, that the final software setup and training was finished before christmas.
